At the fast rate of retirement for many Baby Boomers and the fact that Millennials are buying more for their businesses online, B2B businesses may be facing tough times away.
More B2B buyers are buying more products online, making the digital space a key growth space for B2B brands. Avionos researchers found that most (77%) of B2B buyers are making more of their purchases online, and about one-third (33%) are starting their purchase research on Amazon or Google.
B2B suppliers may want to make note of new Avionos data which suggests that while supply catalogs are still in use, more and more B2B purchases are being made online. According to researchers most (89%) B2B buyers are “making more purchases online” now compared to 2017. – BizReport
