The company also asked us to define and deliver a new digital governance strategy that would drive operational excellence and cement the future of digital business for US Cellular.
Bringing together a Design Thinking dream team including creative, technology and content specialists – with each track of work deeply informed by how Associates engage with customers – Avionos quickly concepted and created an engaging new user experience for the U.S. Cellular digital experience platform.
This holistic approach also enabled U.S. Cellular to launch a new intranet that simultaneously connects Associates with corporate policies/information and empowers them to deliver the company’s vaunted customer service.
