Siloed consumer data was making life difficult for The Macallan, one of the world’s premier single malts. And juggling that data across multiple third-party systems made maintaining a consistent consumer experience a high-proof challenge. So we quickly created a technical strategy focused on centralizing The Macallan’s consumer data through a Salesforce CRM implementation and creating a new U.S. brand site.

We also designed and developed multiple microsites to collect customer data, valuable information that serves as the foundation for an Avionos-designed automation program that guarantees fluid engagement across devices and scenarios
