What if customers could create their own custom granola blend online, then have it mixed on demand and shipped to their door? That’s the idea Kellogg’s Bear Naked brought to our table. Kellogg’s also asked us to create a memorable direct-to-consumer commerce experience, one that does not directly compete with existing Bear Naked channel partners. And Kellogg’s needed everything – flax to nuts –done ASAP.
To meet Kellogg’s requirements and launch date, Avionos implemented a CloudCraze eCommerce solution running natively on the Salesforce CRM platform. We also integrated IBM’s Chef Watson to assist customers create their own flavor profiles.
Over fifty granola ingredients + three platforms + four months equals a successful launch, completed on time and satisfying the business needs. And customer appetites!
