Wintrust Financial is a financial holding company offering community and commercial banking, wealth management, and mortgage services. Being a national bank brand name representing smaller community banks, Wintrust needed a way to manage their global brand while providing a consistent banking experience for their customers regardless of which community bank they used. Wintrust wanted to connect the digital experience across all of their brands, track marketing efforts and customer activity.
After integrating Adobe Analytics, Adobe Engagement Manager and Adobe Campaign, Avionos launched Wintrust.com. Avionos simultaneously ran the three products in parallel tracks following a minimal viable product (MVP) approach to help Wintrust get to market quickly and see results faster from both the consumer and enterprise markets. Through Adobe Campaign, marketers were able to identify and connect to consumers through optimized email campaigns, creating top-of-the-funnel lead generation and eventual revenue success.
Wintrust Financial and their sub-brands are now all operating on AEM, Campaign and Analytics, connecting all brands and their experiences to create a consistent experience for customers.
