After working with the Avionos delivery team to implement Salesforce B2B Commerce, Merz Aesthetics needed to optimize User Experience across their global platforms. The first issue Merz Aesthetics identified was their customer portal registration process. Merz Aesthetics had experienced an influx of Customer Service requests detailing confusion and frustration around the registration details.
Avionos Operate Managed Services‘ model provided a flexible bucket of hours for Merz Aesthetics to use across UI/UX optimization, Salesforce B2B Commerce admin, and technical support across their global sites.
As a result of the Avionos Operate team enhancing the user registration process, fewer technical support cases were logged by Merz Aesthetics customers. The continuous user experience enhancements the Operate team is making reduces customer frustration and increases brand loyalty. As the roll-out of the international portals begins, Managed Services will continue to support experience optimizations across multiple languages and currencies.
