JLL’s three regional marketing teams were tasked with managing JLL.com and all of its microsites on a global scale. However, JLL’s content management system was very manual which resulted in long wait times for refreshing content and receiving enhanced functionality. As a result, the global sites deviated with inconsistent brand messaging and user experience.
JLL went through a full corporate rebranding and partnered with Avionos to implement Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target. By implementing these tools, along with the business processes needed to support the technology going forward, Avionos was able to provide JLL with a scalable platform designed to support all of it’s global requirements. To deliver these capabilities, Avionos worked with global stakeholders from both IT and marketing to design and develop a set of custom templates, components, workflows and automated reporting which will be leveraged by all country sites.
Avionos finished the development of the core platform which released to production in Winter 2018. Avionos oversaw the program management and strategic execution of all JLL.com global rollouts. The JLL.com roadmap, which Avionos and JLL partnered to define, outlined an aggressive global rollout schedule that launched all 50 sites within 9 months of project start.
Avionos worked with global stakeholders from both IT and marketing to design and develop a set of custom templates, components, workflows and automated reporting which will be leveraged by all country sites. Avionos also became a trusted advisor and instituted global governance.
