Fleetpride, the Dallas-based parts distribution company, was using a third-party platform and domain for its manufacturing parts storefront. This eCommerce platform couldn’t provide accurate metrics and did not enable new feature development for ongoing customer experience improvement.

PDC is seeing increased velocity in online orders as they migrate customers away from costly call-center, email and fax order workflows
