A bank with ideas, First Midwest Bank, wanted to introduce Salesforce Marketing Cloud to their expanding commercial lending group with a pilot marketing campaign to show an efficient way to incorporate marketing automation, gain early adoption on Salesforce from the sales team and provide easy opt-ins for future campaigns.
