DexKo Global, a leading manufacturer of components for trailers and towable equipment, had a collection of backend and customer-facing systems that they needed to rationalize.

THE CHALLENGE

DexKo needed to select a technology that would combine their CRM, Customer Service, Integration Platform, ERP, Experience Management, and Commerce. Additionally, they needed to provide self-service options for customers to complete purchases online.

THE sOLUTION
