Small eCommerce Investments to Meet Big Customer Demand
Recorded Friday, April 10 at 10am CT
Even during market uncertainty, your customers are looking to purchase your products to continue operating their businesses. But without being able to interact with you and your sales team in-person, their options are limited. Businesses have a valuable opportunity to meet customer demand quickly through digital initiatives. Things as simple as ensuring product content is up to date and accurate to opening up your customer service and sales teams to take phone and email orders, are low hanging fruit to get started.
Join John Brumbaugh, Sr. Director of Commerce at Avionos, for some coffee talk as he discusses how small investments in your digital channel can provide big returns to both you and your customers.
