At Avionos, our Sales discipline consists of client executives, BDRs, and alliances team members. Client executive must be capable of leveraging their consulting experience and techniques to provide thought leadership and value statements to current and prospective customers. The individual must be able to manage customer expectations, provide resolution to escalated issues, and build relationships with customer executives. Client Executives must be able to provide guidance to their BDR on potential targets, messaging, and account strategy.
BDRs must be capable of analyzing a potential customer to determine best messaging and approach for breaking into an account. BDRs should be organized to balance their outreach, research and meetings throughout the week. They should be determined to break into an account and creative in their approach. Working with a Client Executive’s guidance, a BDR should be able to assist in managing the deal process to ensure that Avionos delivers a quality proposal on time to the customer.
Alliances team members must be capable of networking with our partner organization to find deals for and build relationships with our Sales Team. Alliances should be focused be able to provide our partners visibility to our offerings and find creative reasons to get our team in front of the partner sales team. The Alliances team should be able to work with our Practices leads to meet the requirements of the partner program.
