Q & A with Account Manager Extraordinaire, Yana Vaysman

It also presents a different kind of working relationship than solely in-house services. One of the crucial elements of any consulting firm is client-service relationships. According to our 2019 B2B report, 40% of B2B suppliers expect companies to prioritize innovation through account management. We sat down with our amazing account manager, Yana Vaysman to ask her about her job and what she loves the most. Why did you want to work as an account manager? I like working with people. I enjoy building something and seeing it go live. What made you want to join the A-Team at Avionos? I liked the company culture and structure. When I heard of Avionos, I saw an opportunity to get back into B2B space. I worked with a couple of the employees in my prior role; this made me more comfortable taking a chance. What does a typical day in your job look like? Calls, calls and more calls. I talk to both our clients and our internal team to make sure we are all aligned. I am a point of escalation and I get involved in issues resolutions, decision making, future opportunities, etc. What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned working as an account manager? Problems are not solved on a global level. Problems are solved by breaking them down and solving it in small chunks. What aspect of account management do you love the most?
