Internet Retailer recently featured Avionos in one of their weekly top stories. The piece focuses on the integration of IBM Chef Watson to BearNakedCustom.com. With Avionos’ support, Bear Naked was the first brand to use Chef Watson in a direct-to-consumer approach. This integration has enabled Bear Naked to yield meaningful customer insights.
Chef Watson on BearNakedCustom.com also provides Bear Naked with business insights it can use when developing future products, Chris Tutor (VP of Strategy for Bear Naked) says. For example, if many shoppers choose to include lavender in their granola mixes, the CPG company may choose to include lavender in more if its products that it sells at retail stores.
